Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Turkish-speaking Customer Success Specialist for an international social media project based in Sofia, Bulgaria

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic customer success team supporting users through social media channels. You will represent an international brand, respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues efficiently and help deliver a positive experience for the Turkish-speaking market.

Your Role

• Provide high-quality customer support through social media platforms, including direct messages, comments and other digital channels

• Respond to customer enquiries in Turkish in a professional, timely and engaging manner

• Assist customers with account-related questions, product information and general platform navigation

• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, personalised solutions

• Manage customer feedback, complaints and sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism

• Monitor social media interactions and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

• Escalate complex or specialised cases to the appropriate internal teams when required

• Accurately record customer interactions and case resolutions in the relevant systems

• Follow brand guidelines, company procedures, quality standards and data protection policies

• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to ensure a consistent customer experience

• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and relevant customer support practices

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Turkish

• Good command of English

• Previous experience in customer service, customer success, social media moderation or a contact centre environment is an advantage

• Excellent written communication skills and a strong sense of tone and audience

• Confident user of social media platforms and digital communication tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritise tasks effectively

• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer interactions

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, international environment
