We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to our Turkish-speaking clients.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our Turkish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Turkish and English across various communication channels
- Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer challenges
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Stay informed about our products and service updates to provide informed assistance
- Participate in training programs to continuously enhance customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish and English with strong communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
