RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company, providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a Turkish Call Center Agent to join our team at our location on the 6th of October City, Egypt.

As Turkish Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Turkish-speaking clients. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from Turkish-speaking customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests

- Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Utilize company systems and resources to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues

- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken)

- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to work on-site at our 6th of October City location
