SSC - Services > Turbine Performance Reporting Centre > TPRC APAC

Turbine Performance Reporting Centre (TPRC) major task is to deliver to customers across the globe reports in superior formats - related to wind turbine electrical power production.
On a daily basis, we are in cross-border dialogue with different cultures which makes our work even more interesting but also more complex.

Responsibilities

  • Turbine Performance Monitoring & Reporting-Analyze turbine performance and operational data from multiple systems
  • Validate and report key performance indicators including:-Availability-AEP (Annual Energy Production)-LPF (Lost Production Factor)-LD (Liquidated Damages)-Downtime and performance metrics
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of performance reports and dashboards
  • Data Analysis & Insights-Identify trends, anomalies, and performance deviations
  • Generate actionable insights supporting operational and business decisions
  • Support root cause investigations related to performance losses
  • Translate data into meaningful recommendations
  • Data Quality & Governance-Perform data validation and quality checks
  • Ensure compliance with defined reporting standards and methodologies
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Support governance and audit requirements
  • Process Improvement & Automation-Support standardization of reporting processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to Value Stream Mapping and process optimization activities
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with regional Service teams and internal stakeholders
  • Support performance reviews and operational discussions
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholder requests and investigations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Statistics or Mathematics or Computer Science or Data Analytics or Business Analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in Data analytics, Performance reporting, Service operations, Engineering operations
  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting solutions
  • Experience in renewable energy (Preferably Wind Industry) or industrial operations is an advantage

Competencies

  • WTG & Service Knowledge - Wind turbine operations and performance, AEP, Availability, LPF, LDSCADA and performance monitoring, Preventive and predictive maintenance concepts
  • Data Analytics, Data analysis and interpretation - Data validation and quality management, Trend analysis and insight generation, Root cause analysis
  • Digital & Reporting Tools - Advanced Excel, SAP, SQL, Power BI / Tableau Reporting and dashboarding
  • Continuous Improvement - Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals, Process mapping and VSM Structured problem-solving, Standardization and automation mindset
  • Business & Customer Focus - Understanding of service performance drivers, Data-to-decision mindset, Value creation and customer focus, End-to-end process understanding
  • Behavioral Competencies - Ownership and accountability, Analytical thinking, Attention to detail, Collaboration and communication, Learning agility
