We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our Menzel site :

The HR Manager will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, supporting business, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

The position requires strong expertise in labor relations, workforce planning, payroll, as well as change management in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, employee representatives, and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven HR experience in an industrial or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and employee relations.
  • Experience managing union and employee representative relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and French; English proficiency is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and support business.
