Inbound Call Representative

This role is fast-paced and phone-focused — you’ll be on the phone throughout the day creating service calls for dispatch and providing excellent support to customers and employees both over the phone and through email. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy helping others, and like staying organized while keeping a friendly attitude, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Answer high call volume, multi-line phones and take information or direct calls as appropriate
• reate service calls/texts for dispatch
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in a professional & helpful way
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication

Pay:

• $19 to $23 per hour
• Eligible for bonuses & full-time benefits, including Health, Dental, Life, 401k, Holidays, Sick days, and Vacation

Hours:

• Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1 hour lunch period

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Computer aptitude required; proficient in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
• Strong time management skills
• Able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and personalities
