Job Description

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals like you to join our diverse team of Contact Centre

Be right at the heart of our Excursions, Attractions and Tickets Team as one of our EAT Admin Agents supporting our team and helping to create the very best excursion service for our TUI MM and 3rd party guest.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at 21.300€ gross/year.
  • We offer remote working, but in case required you can also work from the office from time to time.
  • Summer only position until end of October on 5/2 rotation includes working bank holidays.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • When guests book one of our Trips & Activities booked through our digital channels - you will be the one to book the tickets on official ticket websites.
  • Providing vouchers and booking information digitally to our guests, managing cancellations and refunds.
  • Working closing with colleagues in TXC and around TUI MM to provide excellent support to our EAT guests
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively and proposing improvements of any identified issues or processes.
  • Various adhoc admin tasks and assisting colleagues/holiday cover for other team members.
  • Once experienced in role assisting colleagues with shadowing or training when required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel along with strong administrative skills.
  • Methodical, organised approach towards the completion of the assigned task.
  • Excellent level of English both written and verbal as well as great communication skills.
  • Tech savvy, happy to work in a fast-paced environment and not afraid of change.
  • Able to look at ways of working and not afraid to suggest improvements.
  • Friendly approach and good team player.
  • Efficient worker who pays attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of EAT team and tasks and processes.
