TTT Senior Business Analyst

The Business Analysis reviews evaluations of business models, processes, and operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs and requirements. The role requires maintaining a strong understanding of the technical implications of risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical requirements and specifications, contributing to system architecture design and development. It also involves building strong relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze requirements, while helping the business define its future state and required transformation.

Additionally, the role provides insights and recommendations from multiple data sources to validate whether solutions and technologies meet business requirements, while identifying opportunities for new initiatives and additional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead meetings and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and understand business and functional requirements, translating them into complex technical specifications while building strong stakeholder relationships
• Review and oversee the development of technical specifications guiding system architecture and development, ensuring completeness and quality through oversight of QA activities
• Provide technical expertise to maximize the value of applications, infrastructure, and emerging technologies, continuously improving the alignment between technical capabilities and business needs
• Identify required processes and technologies for solution implementation and recommend improvements to systems and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance
• Maintain clear visibility of risks, assumptions, and dependencies; identify blockers, escalate when needed, and support scope management including change impact assessment
• Lead the design and review of test cases to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
• Assess whether implemented solutions meet business needs and provide recommendations to enhance current processes and outcomes
• Manage the development of business cases and RFP responses, leveraging new data sources to strengthen deliverables

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Expert-level experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements
• Expert-level experience in developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modeling, and testing
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN)

Experience

• Significant experience in business analysis roles (internal or external), delivering measurable business value through research, innovation, and development of improvement initiatives and business cases
• Strong technical background in delivering IT solutions, with the ability to provide comprehensive technical guidance aligned with user requirements
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement across multiple levels
