Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical integration CAD expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to shaping efficient and high-quality engineering solutions that drive the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, manufacturing, and project management), ensure seamless mechanical integration, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing detailed CAD models and drawings for mechanical integration. ,

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components. ,

  • Conducting feasibility studies and proposing innovative solutions for mechanical designs. ,

  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines. ,

  • Reviewing and validating designs to meet project timelines and deliverables. ,

  • Supporting the resolution of technical issues during the design and implementation phases. ,

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members. ,

  • Managing documentation and records related to mechanical integration. ,

  • Participating in design reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. ,

  • Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in mechanical CAD technologies."

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ,

  • Experience or understanding of mechanical integration in complex systems, particularly in the railway or transportation sector. ,

  • Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools such as CATIA or SolidWorks. ,

  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, tolerances, and material properties. ,

  • A certification or communication skill: Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. ,

  • Proficiency in interpreting and creating technical drawings and schematics. ,

  • Analytical problem-solving skills to address design challenges. ,

  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines. ,

  • A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on engineering innovations and best practices. ,

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
