Work you'll do:

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

As part of Customer Strategy & Design (CS&D), you will work with team to help our clients with their Digital Transformation, Brand Experiences, Products and Services, Innovation Strategies, Digital Venturing and Customer Experiences, bridging Business and Customer strategies by design. We help clients connect People, Product, Purpose and Profit through the use of strategy, design and technology.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programmes spanning multiple workstreams, vendors, and markets. You will act as the central leader responsible for programme governance, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management

The scope:

Programme & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead large-scale digital transformation programmes for Financial Services clients
  • Oversee delivery of multi-workstream programmes, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams
  • Manage programmes involving:
    • Mobile banking and digital banking platforms
    • Channel modernisation
    • Customer experience and digital channel transformations
  • Ensure delivery outcomes meet timeline, budget, scope, and quality objectives

PMO Governance & Structure

  • Establish and lead enterprise-grade PMO frameworks
  • Define and implement programme governance models, reporting cadences, and escalation protocols
  • Manage programme-level:
    • Planning and roadmap alignment
    • Risk and issue management
    • Dependency tracking
    • Financial and resource oversight
    • Vendor and partner coordination
  • Ensure strong governance across multi-vendor, multi-country programmes

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as the primary programme lead working with senior client stakeholders including CIO, CDO, CTO, and Digital leadership
  • Facilitate executive-level steering committees and programme reviews
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Provide clear, structured reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

Consulting & Practice Leadership

  • Drive delivery excellence standards across programme teams
  • Coach and mentor programme managers and PMO resources
  • Contribute to building reusable PMO frameworks, templates, and delivery methodologies
  • Support pre-sales activities

Regional Programme Execution

  • Lead programmes spanning multiple Southeast Asian markets
  • Coordinate across geographically distributed teams
  • Navigate regional regulatory, operational, and organizational complexities
  • Ensure consistency of delivery standards across markets

Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in programme management, PMO leadership, or transformation delivery
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale digital programmes in Financial Services
  • Proven track record leading multi-year transformation programmes
  • Experience working in consulting environments delivering to enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-workstream delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at senior executive level
  • Experience delivering programmes across multiple Southeast Asian markets
