Work you will do

This role sits within the Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia. TS&T helps clients translate business strategy into technology direction, operating model, architecture, transformation roadmap, and execution governance. Our work spans technology strategy, IT operating model, enterprise architecture, cloud & AI enablement, solution blueprinting, business technology transformation and program delivery.

As a Consultant in TS&T, you will work as part of multidisciplinary project teams to help clients solve complex business & technology transformation challenges.

• You will support client engagements from assessment and strategy through solution design and implementation support, contributing structured analysis, clear deliverables, and pragmatic recommendations.
• Support assessments of clients’ technology landscape, IT operating model, processes, governance, capabilities, applications, infrastructure, and delivery performance.
• Conduct structured analysis to identify root causes, key issues, improvement opportunities, and pragmatic recommendations.
• Gather and translate business and technology requirements into clear specifications, solution considerations, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Support the design of technology strategies, enterprise architecture views, IT operating models, governance structures, delivery frameworks, and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to understand business priorities, technology pain points, and transformation objectives.
• Develop client-ready materials such as assessment findings, executive presentations, business cases, roadmaps, project plans, status reports, and decision papers.
• Support project management and delivery governance activities, including tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with analysts, senior consultants, managers, and client teams to deliver high-quality work products in line with Deloitte standards.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, market research, credentials preparation, and eminence materials.
• Support practice development by sharing knowledge, coaching junior team members, and contributing to internal TS&T assets, methods, and communities.
