This position is crucial in maintaining the safety and security of our workplace. The site security manager is responsible for overseeing all security measures and protocols, conducting regular security checks, and ensuring that all employees are following proper security procedures. They are also in charge of monitoring and responding to any security threats or incidents that may arise.
• Ensure accuracy of timecards for subordinates.
• Ensure proper coverage amongst all sites.
• Manage assigned equipment and firearms.
• Ensure adequate staffing, conduct interviews, coordinate training.
• Ensure hours worked align with contract.
• Additional duties assigned by supervisor.
