Lely is an international family-owned business that operates through a strong international structure. As a TSS Specialist in Mexico, you play a key role in introducing and supporting Lely’s innovative robotic solutions in the local market. You are responsible for the full technical lifecycle of our systems, from installation and commissioning to preventive and corrective maintenance. In this pioneering phase, you will be instrumental in making the first farms successful and building long-term relationships with our customers and partners.
You report to the Country Sales Lead and work closely with the local Financial Controller, FMS Advisor, and the Sales & Service Department at Headquarters in the Netherlands. As part of a starting and growing team, you help shape Lely’s technical service standards in the region.
