The TSG Specialist is responsible for providing both administrative and technical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. This role performs a variety of administrative functions, including preparing reports using various software applications, compiling information from multiple sources, and assisting with small-scale projects.

The position also carries out general office responsibilities, such as word processing, data entry, document auditing, answering phone calls, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Due to the nature of the role, the TSG Specialist may regularly handle confidential information and is expected to exercise a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion at all times.

In addition, the role provides technical support for laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, and telecommunications equipment. The TSG Specialist supports both internal employees and external customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduate of any IT-related course.
• Able to speak, write, and understand the English language.
• Willing and able to work night shifts and graveyard shifts.
