职位描述
1．职位要求
协助翻班主管，确保生产正常运行，遵守EHS规范进行生产活动，按照质量体系要求对生产线进行控制，调整及优化操作。
2. 岗位职责范围
负责原料卸货，生产线操作，成品包装，公用设备运行及仓储所涉及的相关岗位操作工作。
监督并向班长汇报与岗位相关的安全，生产，维修，设备状况及活动。
3. 主要工作职责
1. 严格遵守执行公司的EHS条例， 参加EHS培训，协助现场维修人员执行工厂EHS规定，确保工作区域符合5S要求，参与全员工厂维护。
2. 按照生产任务需要和主管指示，从事槽罐车卸料，生产线操作，协助成品包装及发货工作。
3. 执行并检查现场能源隔离、管线冲洗、设备清洁等维修准备及工作许可证所要求的安全措施。
4. 按照岗位操作程序及工作指令进行生产线开停车准备，工艺调整，设备清理，产品取样分析及生产记录。
5. 及时向上级汇报安全隐患，设备故障及生产波动并积极参与故障分析，寻求解决方案。
6. 执行日常的现场巡检，确保装置安全平稳运行 ，在紧急情况下执行紧急停车程序及其后续相关工作。
7. 确保生产的产品质量符合公司质量标准，对生产过程出现的质量偏差及时纠正并跟踪效果。
8. 协助日班人员从事原料卸料，厂区物料转移工作。
9. 执行翻班主管布置的工作任务。
4．工作特殊性
1． 工作时，会涉及到与高温设备/化学品，粉尘及有害气体相关的操作，需佩戴相应个人防护用品。
5．所需知识/经验/技能
1. 良好的安全意识及化工操作经历，熟悉工作许可证制度。
2. 具备化工生产工艺知识，掌握PLC和DCS的操作。
3. 化工中专毕业，2年以上化工厂相关操作经验。
4. 具有槽罐车卸料经验及叉车驾驶经验优先。
5. 有工程塑料生产经验及挤塑机相关设备知识为佳。
6. 具备应对紧急情况和解决问题的能力。
