All Services are delivered as outputs and results, not as individual roles.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Deliverables are accepted based on completeness, consistency, clarity and alignment with standards.
GOVERNANCE MODEL
Each party designates one contact point. All communication is deliverable-based.
SERVICE EXECUTION PRINCIPLES
The Supplier independently organizes its resources and methods.
Precondition of Service Capacity:
Capability to deliver architecture for SAP environments (FI, CO, MM, SD)
Capability to support SAP-based processes including O2C
Capabilities are validated strictly through deliverables.
