Job Description

• Deliver testing services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage testing activities in accordance with project timelines and SLAs.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain expertise in product specifications, testing methodologies, and automation tools.
• Support and mentor less experienced Technical Analysts and review their work.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, training, presentations, and technical publications.
• Support customers in defining testing strategies and provide technical support during the sales process.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training, certification, professional networking, and industry best practices.
• Adhere to the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and all physical and information security requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related technical field.
• Experience with ULTS testing procedures, testing tools, or equivalent testing environments.
• Experience with test automation tools and methodologies preferred.
• Customer-facing or customer management experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
