Learning Delivery Coordinator (VTH)

Job Description

Position Summary

The Learning Delivery Coordinator (LDC) provides operational support for Learning Compliance by executing recurring administrative, reporting, database maintenance and learner tracking activities. The role processes learner updates, supports learning assignments, prepares compliance reports, administers SharePoint updates and ensures the accuracy of learner records.

Primary Responsibilities

Learning Assignment Support

Perform learner profile updates, process new hires, transfers, leaves and departures

Process learning assignments, maintain assignment records, support completion tracking and process approved changes to learner requirements.

Update survey responses, maintain change logs and process approved corrections

Learner Support and Administrative Follow-Up

Prepare communications, follow up on missing information and support compliance-related inquiries.

Compliance Tracking and Reporting

Refresh completion reports, validate data accuracy monitor reporting errors, maintain documentation and escalate issues for review.

Support non-compliance monitoring.

Prepare learner-facing compliance files, maintain version control, support publication activities and archive historical records.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, documentation skills, organization and learning administration experience. Experience with SuccessFactors, SharePoint and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Success Measures

Key Performance Indicators

Accurate and timely database updates, accurate learner records, timely assignment processing, accurate reporting, control adherence and reduction of administrative workload for Compliance Leads.
