South Hampshire area. We're a not-for-profit group of social enterprises, and
every penny we generate goes straight back into the people we serve.
As we continue to grow and deepen our impact, we're looking for an exceptional
individual to join our Board as Treasurer, a pivotal leadership role that will
help ensure our financial foundations are as strong as the communities we
champion.

The Role
As Board Treasurer, you will be a trusted financial guardian and strategic voice
at the heart of SCiA Group's governance. Working closely with the Chair, CEO,
and fellow Trustees, you will help steer an organisation that makes a genuine,
daily difference to hundreds of people's lives.

This is a voluntary, unpaid role — the rewards are real and meaningful:
Time Commitment
We ask for approximately 3–4 hours per month, including attendance at Board
meetings (typically quarterly), Finance Committee meetings, and occasional ad
hoc discussions. Trustees are also expected to undertake reasonable preparation
ahead of meetings and to attend the annual strategy session. This role can be
performed largely remotely, with some in-person meetings in Southampton.
