Pay or shift range: $24.75/hour to $29.62/hour
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Responsible for providing services and support to the Bank's wealth management division. Analyzing, interpreting and
processing a wide variety of transactions and being aware of their impact on financial statements and other customer reporting.
· Trust Administration Support
· Assist Trust Officers with the administration of trust, estate, agency, IRA, and custody relationships.
· Prepare trust account documentation, correspondence, and required reports, including opening/closing accounts.
· Assist with processing distributions, transfers, and account maintenance requests.
· Ensure trust files and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with regulatory and fiduciary requirements.
· Support annual account reviews and trust account audits.
· Private Banking Support
· Assist Private Bankers with account opening, onboarding, and relationship management activities.
· Coordinate cash management, deposit, lending, and treasury service requests.
· Prepare client presentations, account reviews, and relationship summaries.
· Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion.
· Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through referrals to banking and wealth management specialists.
· Operational & Administrative Support
· Maintain client records, documents, and correspondence in bank systems.
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, account summaries, and other internal documents.
· Process account maintenance requests and ensure proper documentation is obtained.
· Coordinate signature collection, document execution, and customer onboarding requirements.
· Assist with special projects and department initiatives.
· May serve as Trust Committee and Board Trust Committee Secretary taking notes, completing minutes, etc.
· Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to - project work, assisting with daily work flow such as trade file imports, daily 2:00 processing, etc.
· Compliance & Risk Management
· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and transactions.
· Adhere to all bank policies, trust regulations, BSA/AML requirements, and fiduciary standards.
· Ensure documentation and account records meet internal and regulatory requirements.
· Support audit and compliance requests as needed.
· Identify and escalate operational, compliance, or client service concerns.

Essential:
· High school education and diploma
· BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
Desirable:
· College Degree
· Business, banking or other financial services experience
Essential:
· Knowledge of customer service principles
· Relevant computer skills
Desirable:
· 2-5 years of Banking and/or Trust experience
· Prior Trust experience
