Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of a portfolio of international clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring their structures are managed efficiently, compliantly and proactively.

This role goes beyond administration — you will be involved in a wide range of matters, from structuring and investments to compliance and client interactions, gaining a truly holistic view of trust management.

What you'll be doing :
  • Managing the day-to-day administration of trusts and companies
  • Maintaining accurate client records, statutory registers and KYC information
  • Overseeing bookkeeping processes and liaising with accounting teams
  • Opening and managing bank accounts, monitoring transactions and cash positions
  • Ensuring all client instructions are understood and properly executed
  • Preparing documentation and attending client meetings
  • Working with investment advisers and supporting investment oversight
  • Coordinating with tax advisers and ensuring compliance with tax obligations
  • Incorporating legal entities and setting up trust structures in relevant jurisdictions
  • Supporting and guiding more junior colleagues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Solid experience in trust or company administration (Switzerland or international environment)
  • Strong understanding of private wealth structures and related regulatory aspects
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage complex matters with rigour and sound judgement
  • STEP, GCI or equivalent qualification (or working towards it)
  • Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Exposure to investments or financial markets
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
