Job Description

A private commercial bank is seeking a Trust Marketing Officer to develop, promote, and enhance trust products and services. The role focuses on growing assets under management, conducting client onboarding and KYC processes, and supporting overall business development initiatives for the Trust and Asset Management Group.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and present trust products and services to clients and prospects.
• Drive acquisition efforts to expand assets under management.
• Lead end-to-end KYC and client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support marketing and sales activities to increase visibility and adoption of trust products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient account setup.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Commerce, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in fund management, trust account operations, or marketing/sales activities within financial services.
• Preferably who passed the One-Year Course on Trust Operations and Investment Management (TIFP) and Certification to Market Unit Investment Trust Funds.

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: 7:00-4:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
