Responsibilities:
Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to achieve clients' unique objectives.
Implement strategies to protect wealth and minimize tax burdens.
Guide clients through the legal process with confidence.
Develop plans to reduce estate and inheritance taxes.
Continuously update your knowledge of California trust and estate laws.
Required Qualifications:
JD degree and active California State Bar membership.
4+ years of experience in trust and estate planning.
In-depth understanding of California trust and estate law.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Client-focused with a keen eye for detail.
