Location: On Site at location listed in posting

Weekly Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm

Under general supervision, this position coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department, as across other departments as well as providing other administrative duties and project support.

Essential Duties

  • Coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department; assists in the gathering, compiling, sorting, verifying and entering required project and or process related information into assigned systems.
  • Maintains a variety of systems and prepares a variety of standard and moderately complex reports for the department.
  • Processes data for assigned procedures, ensuring timely completion; may assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures for tasks in which coordination is provided.
  • Assists in gathering and summarizing information and data from other departments; assists other employees with simple to moderately complex questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.
  • Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
  • Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

  2. Assists with directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  3. Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

  1. High school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. Microsoft Office suite
