Our award-winning client is seeking a Trust Compliance Specialist to join their team.We are seeking a Trust Compliance Specialist to safeguard our client's interests by ensuring strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and fiduciary standards. As a vital member of our Risk team, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, monitoring, and enhancing our trust compliance program. Your expertise in trust law and operations will be instrumental in mitigating risks and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments of trust policies and procedures to identify potential compliance gaps
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance compliance and mitigate risks
• Staying abreast of evolving trust regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborating with trust operations to ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
• Supporting trust examinations and audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Effectively communicating compliance issues to management and recommending corrective actions

Required Qualifications:

• To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of seven years of experience in trust operations or administration, coupled with a deep understanding of trust regulatory compliance.
• A CFIRS designation is preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be comfortable presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management and board committees.
