Our award-winning client is seeking a Trust And Estates Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our Trusts and Estates team by providing comprehensive paralegal services. You will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure the smooth administration of trusts and estates.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, such as trust amendments, wills, and powers of attorney.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant trust and estate law issues.
• Assist with client intake and case management.
• Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and beneficiaries.
• Prepare and file court pleadings and other legal documents.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in trust and estate law.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• 2+ years of experience working as a trust and estate paralegal (or related legal field).
• Strong understanding of trust and estate law principles.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
