The Truss Plant Production Manager oversees daily
manufacturing, fabrication, and yard operations. They are responsible for
driving safety standards, coordinating production schedules, managing direct
labor, and executing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products are
delivered on time and within quality specifications.
The role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who bridges
operational needs across multiple departments. Key responsibilities for the

Experience:
Previous supervisory or
management experience in wood truss manufacturing or high-volume building
products.

Strong understanding of Lean
Manufacturing principles, root cause analysis, and production key performance
indicators (KPIs).

teams, resolve performance issues, and manage structured change in a fast-paced
