Daily activities include preparation of rolling stock equipment and ancillary equipment utilized to tie into customer systems. Rig in and pressure test equipment before operating nitrogen or liquid pumping equipment. Continuous checking and monitoring of equipment as well as safety and indicator gauges and systems. De-mobilizing and returning to base to help maintain equipment.
Performs routine/preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers, including electrical, mechanical,Hydraulic and structural components
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with trailers and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs
Assemble and disassemble trailer components as needed
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
Use hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all workshop procedures and company policies related to occupational Health & Safety regulations
