Job Description

The Truck Washer pulls in trucks and trailers, brushes and spray-washes the equipment.

SHIFT: 2:30pm-11pm

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Pull trucks and trailers into the wash bay
• Brush and spray-wash all trucks and trailers
• Cleans out the wash bay
• Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive trucks, trailers and yard equipment.
• Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead; can give and take direction.
• Ability to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situations.

Physical Demands

• Constantly required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 100 lbs.
• Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job functions will be carried out in an office environment and/or plant environment which requires tolerance for wet and/or slippery floors, and high heat and/or cold temperatures.
