Audit trucks and trailers, including working outdoors to verify inventory, product quantities, pallet IDs, and shipping information

Schedule:

Wed-Sat 7AM-3:30PM

Pay: 20-22 DOE + .75 Shift Diff

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and related records.
• Review purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports to ensure information is accurate.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify products that need to be replenished.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, product damage, adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Locate and verify products using product IDs, pallet IDs, and other inventory information.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Audit trucks and trailers, including working outdoors to verify inventory, product quantities, pallet IDs, and shipping information.
• Review shipping orders, product lists, catalogs, and other reference materials to ensure orders are accurate.
• Identify unused, excess, or damaged inventory and assist with recommendations for proper disposition.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing inventory, auditing trucks, and identifying discrepancies.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and other teams to research and resolve inventory issues.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as needed.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
