Job Description

Clean Harbors is currently looking for a TTT Coordinator to join their team!The Truck to Truck (Forklift) Coordinator The Truck to Truck Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the receiving and shipping operations at the facility. This includes coordinating data entry, organizing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The position also supports general administrative functions within the shipping and receiving department.

Pay: $21

1st Shift - 8am-530pm

  • Assists on tracking of manifest return timelines.
  • Maintains Hub Database Outlook - Hub Management.
  • Assures proper DOT exemptions are utilized for proper transfer and management of TTT containers prior to departure from facility.
  • Report and assist on any issues that may occur at the hub facility, such as: leaks, releases to the Health & Safety Manager or Compliance Manager immediately.
  • May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.

What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
  • Must be 18 years or older;
  • 1+ Years of related experience;
  • Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required);
  • Ability to use computer;
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds;
