The Role:

This is a secure, stable, long term opportunity for an active person who takes pride in their work.

• Permanent, full time role based in Yatala.
• The role is Mon to Fri 7.00 am to approx 3.30pm with flexibility. Overtime will be required on occasion
• Detailing and pressure steam cleaning all types of trucks, excavators and skid steers.
• Must be prepared to get dirty and wet.
• Above award wages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exterior and Interior Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of the truck's exterior and interior, including cab, trailer, wheels, and undercarriage.
• Detailing: Polish and wax the vehicle's exterior to maintain a pristine appearance. Clean and condition the interior upholstery, dashboard, and other surfaces.
• Window Cleaning: Ensure windows and mirrors are spotless, promoting safe visibility for our drivers.
• Pressure Washing: Utilize pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, grime, and road residue from truck exteriors.
• Inspect for Damages: Conduct routine inspections for damages, dents, or signs of wear and tear. Report any issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant:

• Reliable vehicle and full drivers license.
• Would suit an active person who likes to keep fit and doesn't mind dirty work environments.
• Have the discipline to work autonomously.
• Harbour a positive and can-do attitude.
• The successful applicant will take great pride in their work and be flexible to step into other duties in the yard as required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
