The Truck Loader performs all nightly operations of the loading department.

What you’ll do:
• Performs nighttime warehouse operations.
• Performs all loading crew duties, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, goals and deadlines.
• Models company policies and procedures.
• Ensures all trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Works with Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed.
• Employee shall adhere to all company food safety policies, procedures and trainings.
• Audit outbound pallets
• Help unload JIT truck
• Breakdown AB orders
Physical Requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The employee must be able to work in tight and/or dim places and be comfortable with heights.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Vision abilities require by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
About you:
• 1+ year experience in warehouse environment.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma /G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
