Based in Port Adelaide, we provide end-to-end logistics solutions including wharf cartage, container transport, warehousing, distribution, project logistics, heavy haulage and Australia-wide bulk haulage.

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused MC Drivers (Unrestricted) to join our Regional Mining Operations Team, operating Road Train combinations supporting BHP mine sites, including Pimba to Olympic Dam and Pimba to Port Pirie.

A key component of this role is the safe transportation of dangerous goods to remote mining operations. We are looking for drivers who understand the importance of compliance, risk management and maintaining the highest safety standards when handling regulated freight.

These roles operate on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, working 12-hour shifts.

What you'll be doing:

• Safely operate Road Train combinations transporting general freight and dangerous goods in accordance with all legislative and site requirements.
• Conduct pre-start and pre-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles, trailers and equipment are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition.
• Load, secure, transport and unload freight safely, ensuring compliance with Dangerous Goods and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Complete transport documentation accurately and maintain compliance with company, customer and regulatory standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and site personnel while delivering a professional and safety-focused service.

Do you have?

• A current MC (Unrestricted) Licence and demonstrated experience operating Road Train combinations.
• A strong commitment to safety, fatigue management, Dangerous Goods compliance and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
• A clean driving history with no major infringements and a proven record of safe driving.
• The ability to work independently, manage responsibilities effectively and adapt to FIFO or DIDO environments.
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to representing the business on site.

Nice to have:

• Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience transporting dangerous goods within mining, fuel, bulk haulage or remote operations environments.
• Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Reach Stacker Licence (or willingness to obtain).

Additional Information…

• Successful applicants will be required to provide a Fit to Drive Medical, undertake a Drug and Alcohol Screening and Police Check.
• Successful applicants should have a sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and on road legal compliance and a willingness to work with GPS technology.
• There may be a requirement to be clean shaven depending on the mining site.
