About the Role
As a truck driver, you are responsible for delivering stockfeed to customers and acting as the face of Reid Stockfeeds to provide a positive experience for customers.
The position contributes to:
- Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT)
- Customer satisfaction
- Feed quality and traceability
- Vehicle reliability and maintenance
- Workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Protection of company reputation
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT)
- Accurate and complete loading records and delivery records
- Delivery of customer reference samples to farm
- Positive feedback from customers
- Reference Sample verification testing (Audit)
- Professional appearance and communication
- Minimal truck downtime
- Daily checklist and weekly maintenance checklists – NextGen
- No significant safety incidents
- Lost Time Injury performance against target and industry standards
- All incidents and near misses are reported in Rapid Global
What You Will Bring
- A current Heavy Combination / Multi Combination licence
- A minimum of 12 months’ truck driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Able to build credibility and trust with people
- Ability to work in a team
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the company
Desirable
- Certificate of Education (Year 12 or equivalent).
- Experience within agriculture, stockfeed or rural industries.
- Understanding of NHVR compliance obligations.
- Experience with in-truck tablets, GPS and electronic delivery systems.
Forklift Licence.

- Complete deliveries safely and accurately.
- Maintain records, vehicle checks and communication.
- Provide reliable customer service.

- Manage deliveries independently.
- Meet safety, quality and DIFOT expectations.
- Demonstrate G.R.O.W values consistently.
