Job Description

From our Distribution Centre in Amsterdam, we deliver all sorts of delicious food and beverage products to our customers; from crates of soft drinks to cookies, and from beer kegs to fresh vegetables and fish. As a C-driver, you ensure the orders are delivered on time and administered correctly in the PDA. You will fulfil an important role because, thanks to you, our customers can continue to hospitably welcome their guests and serve the best dishes and matching drinks.

Your workplace is a state-of-the-art brand new electric truck.

As a truck driver C you, and your co-driver, will be driving a 100% electric, conditioned, vehicle. You represent Sligro and will be responsible for delivering orders to our customers on time. Your customer base in Amsterdam area is very diverse, ranging from luxury hotels to snack bars, and from Michelin-starred restaurants to local bars. This requires a flexible attitude and a solution and customer-oriented approach. Next to this, the job is quite physical demanding because of the high amount of basement deliveries. In short, it's a responsible and service-oriented job with lots of customer interaction and physical efforts.

In summary, your tasks will include:

• Loading your vehicle after checking the cargo;
• Delivering the goods to our customers at the agreed time and receiving return items;
• Performing administrative tasks using a PDA;
• Return and unload customer emballage in the warehouse.
  
  

Working hours?

You start daily between 05.00 - 08.00h and finish between 14.00 - 18.00h. Bi-weekly we work on Saterday's too.
