Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Functional Area

· Provide
transportation for guest assigned by Admin or Supervisor

· Personal grooming
(uniform, short haircut, shave daily, polished shoes, etc.)

· Be prepared at all
times for guest duty

· After completing the duty,
log sheet should be made recording the duty done, signed by guest, and again
clean the car immediately for next duty

· Vehicle Management

· Clean the vehicle
both interior and exterior and ensure neutral smell before, during and after
provide service to passengers

· Do self-inspection of
the vehicle before departure including engine fluid, brake fluid and coolant
level, etc

· Determine when and
what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance
schedules every 10,000KM, especially car type condition, and report to
supervisor

· Safety Management

· Ensure that the vehicle
is equipped with first aid kits, fire extinguisher, towing robe, jump start and
umbrella

· Schedule annual
vehicle examination for service vehicles with the Transportation Department and
apply for the renewal for the vehicle license

· Ensure sound running
of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary

· Keep track of timely
car insurance renewals

· Follow traffic sign
and traffic law

· Avoid speeding, harsh
acceleration, and harsh breaking

· To work closely under
dispatcher of trip arrangement for every trips (short-term)

· Well known of company
policies

· To understand clearly
with trip record and make sure all records are proper and nice

· To make sure cats are
cleaned at all times

· Be responsible for
customers trip and be on time and build good relationship with customers

· To have best
relationship with all client and be helpful for them

· To know better for
locations

· Keep car cleaned and
be ready for service to client

· Regularly travel to
provinces base on requirement

· Hold a valid driving
license category D2

· Excellent driving

· Extensive knowledge of
related to the car

· A minimum 3 year
experiences as a professional driver
