About the Role:Join MAK Steel Services as a Truck Driver and become an essential part of our dedicated team in Seymour, IN. We are looking for reliable and skilled drivers to deliver exceptional service while ensuring safety and efficiency on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company trucks to transport steel products to various locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
• Load and unload materials as required, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment.

Requirements:

• Valid Chauffer Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
