Job Accountabilities

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

2. Part of engagements to provide technical consultancy to clients undergoing digital transformation initiatives

3. Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure the integrity and quality of solutions.

4. Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of complex systems and projects.

5. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to test and validate new technology solutions.

6. Ensure technical solutions align with industry best practices and organizational objectives

7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices and implement the same in the practice unit

8. Coach Project Squads on Technical competency ensuring adoption of industry best practices 

Candidate Profile

1. ~15 years of overall experience with a proven track record Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects

2. Extensive experience in a technical architect role, preferably in travel industry.

3. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with an extensive experience working in Agile culture

4. Demonstrated experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices.

5. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
