WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Management of workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met. Mainly On-Time Shipping (OTS) and preventing backlog.
Run production reports - daily and weekly.
Assist employees through training, problem-solving, and ensuring they have the proper tools to do their job.
Report issues to the responsible department.
