As part of the ABM Service Team at Gyle Shopping Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of Cleanliness across the External of the site inclusive of Trolley’s being collected & moved to correct locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring Trolleys are collected from around car park & put in correct locations
• Clear leaves, litter, and debris from outdoor spaces.
• Identify and report health and safety issues.
• Winter maintenance such as gritting.
• Customer Interaction
• Act as a helpful point of contact for visitors and tenants.
• Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all times
Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet operational needs.
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Driver Licence desirable.
• IPATH desirable.
