The Trolley Collector is responsible for ensuring shopping trolleys are collected, returned, and made available for customers across Gyle Shopping Centre and associated car parks.
This is a physically demanding outdoor role requiring the successful candidate to work in all weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and presentation throughout the centre. The role plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience by keeping trolley bays organised, car parks free from obstructions, and ensuring customers have access to trolleys when required.
