What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing HVAC and plumbing sales team
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share growth
• Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and conversion rates, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and install teams to ensure seamless operations
• Optimize lead generation, customer follow-ups, and closing techniques
• Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and high close rates
• Manage pricing, financing options, and upsell strategies to maximize deal values

What We’re Looking For

? 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
? 3+ years of experience leading a sales team, with a strong track record of success
? Proven ability to build, train, and scale a high-performance sales team
? Expert-level negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
? Data-driven mindset, with experience using CRM tools (ServiceTitan preferred)
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-oriented environment
? Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
