Trim Drill & Grind
Location: Onsite - Brownwood, TX Shift Needed: 5:00 am - 5:30 pm on a 2-2-3 rotating shift. Kohler Co. manufacturing Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Drills or routersappropriate holes according to specifications, using powered tools. Trim and grind all edges to meet dimensional specifications. Make necessary adjustments to equipment to ensure quality work. Maintains work area, e.g. cleans up, keeps materials, equipment, etc. in clean working condition Practices and follows all required safety regulations. Performs all duties as assigned by supervision. Trim units according to specs. Requires heavy, repetitive lifting. Must be able to operate trimming, grinding, drilling and routering equipment. Must be able to distinguish between shades of color Requires exposure to heat, chemicals, dust and high noise levels.
Competitive Compensation: Starting at
$21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night
shifts.

Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of manufacturing experience.
Requires moderate physical demand.
Requires ability to process a designated number of units.
Must be able to work scheduled overtime.
Additional Requirements Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more. Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
