Primary Purpose: Install trim in all rooms of the house according to specifications.

Job Duties:

• Load trim into the house.
• Cut and install all crown, cove, shoe, and teardrop trim.
• Install all access panels.
• Install batten.
• Install ceiling beams in single-wide homes.
• Install mirrors with trim and light bulbs.
• Maintain an acceptable level of quality in workmanship.
• Sign traveler when the job has been completed.
• Trim and install paneling around openings at windows and install interior storm windows.
• Remove all excess molding from the house and remove plastic from carpets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Safety / Environmental Requirements:

• Use of table saws.
• Exposure to uncontrolled climate conditions.

Equipment / Machines Used:

• Staple and brad guns.
• Screw guns.
• Table saw.
• General hand tools.
• Molding snips.
• Miter saw.
• Personal protective equipment.

Testing Required:

• Drug Screening.
• Hearing Test.

Cognitive Skills:

• Good reasoning skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.

Physical Requirements:

• No sitting except during breaks and lunch.
• Must have normal use of hands.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Moderate amount of bending and stretching required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, including a miter saw from house to house.
• Must be able to climb in and out of houses and stepladders constantly.
