As a Server at Trillium, you’ll provide attentive, personable, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a timely manner, anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized station, following setup and detailing standards.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of breakfast and lunch menu offerings
- Accurately take and enter orders using Toast system to ensure food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly.
- Stay informed on liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws.
- Assist in morning service operations, including setup and side-work duties.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be Boise Alcohol certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service.
- Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for early morning shifts.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
