About the Role

As a Tribe Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the Cloud Transformation Advisory Tribe, leadership of consulting teams, customer engagement, and business growth, with focus also on Public Services Sector and Defense customers

Your Core Responsibilitie / What will you do

• Lead and drive the Cloud Transformation Advisory Tribe, including people leadership, capability development, and strategic growth
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, including customers from the Public Services sector
• Act as a strategic advisor for cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
• Define tribe strategy, priorities, and service offerings aligned with business objectives
• Advise customers on cloud adoption strategies and transformation direction
• Shape cloud operating models and governance frameworks
• Evaluate application lifecycles, business dependencies, and transformation readiness
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support adoption readiness across business and IT functions
• Lead complex customer engagements across cloud adoption, governance, migration, and transformation initiatives
• Support business development activities, opportunity identification, and account growth
• Develop and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence
• Drive stakeholder alignment across customer, delivery, and leadership organizations

• Cloud migration strategy and roadmap
• Target-state architecture and migration-aligned High-Level Design (HLD)
• Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) operating model and engagement framework
• Cloud governance framework and operating model
• Financial impact models, including Baseline TCO and Run-State forecasts
• Cloud business cases and value realization models
• Workload assessment reports and migration recommendations
• Executive presentations and transformation decision materials

Qualifications

Leadership & Management

• Proven experience leading teams, tribes, practices, or consulting organizations
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and talent development
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and organizational transformation
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships and complex stakeholder landscapes
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities

Professional Experience

• 7+ years of experience in cloud transformation, IT consulting, enterprise modernization, or digital transformation programs
• Proven experience leading customer engagements and consulting teams
• Track record of delivering business and technology transformation initiatives
• Experience working with enterprise, public sector, or defense customers
• Experience in cloud adoption strategies, migration planning, and transformation governance

Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of cloud transformation programs, cloud operating models, and governance frameworks
• Experience with cloud adoption and migration strategies across major public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform ( GCP )
• Familiarity with TCP (T-Cloud Public) and enterprise cloud transformation initiatives
• Understanding of Future Cloud Infrastructure (FCI) concepts and modernization strategies
• Knowledge of cloud economics, business case development, TCO modeling, and value realization approaches

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300€ /brutto.
