Job Description

Department: Clinical Trials Operations

Your impact begins here

As Trial Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned clinical trials from our Clinical Development Centre (CDC) in Argentina – from planning and start-up through execution, data analysis and close-out. You will set clear direction, safeguard quality and keep trial teams, sites and global partners aligned on timelines and budget.

What you’ll bring

You are energised by leading teams towards ambitious goals, and you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in clinical trial project management within a pharmaceutical company or contract research organisation (CRO).
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritisation and managing trial resources.
  • Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements and clinical trial methodology.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • A curious mindset, open to new digital tools and better ways of working.

What you’ll do

You will be accountable for planning, executing and delivering your assigned trials in full compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. You will:

  • Drive end-to-end planning and project management of your trials, keeping timelines, budget and quality on track from initiation to close-out.
  • Build and manage detailed trial project plans, including recruitment and retention strategies, and oversee clinical trial systems and the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
  • Track performance through operational metrics such as enrolment rates, site performance and budget adherence – and act early to reduce operational risks.
  • Coach and mentor the clinical trial team, delivering training on study protocols, operational procedures and ICH-GCP compliance.
  • Represent the CDC in trial meetings, lead cross-functional stakeholder management and organise CDC Investigator Meetings.
  • Work with study start-up colleagues to define the submission strategy to Regulatory Authorities and Ethics Committees, and share operational insight and local intelligence with global stakeholders.

Who you’ll work with

You will join Clinical Operations, where colleagues help advance scientific ideas through clinical testing by bringing together data, technology, collaboration and operational excellence. You will report to the Therapy Area (TA) Lead.

Your closest partners will be the trial squads and the clinical trial team you guide day to day. You will also work with the Global Project Team, study start-up colleagues and other cross-functional partners, as well as investigators and trial sites.

What you can expect here

You will take ownership of trials that matter, with the trust to make decisions and the support to perform at your best. Coaching and training your trial team is part of the role, so you will grow as a leader while helping others build their skills.

You will work alongside local and global colleagues, broaden your perspective across the clinical development process and be encouraged to explore new digital tools and better ways of working. When you see a way to improve how trials are run, your voice will be heard.
