This position is based full-time in our Ridgeland, MS office, where you will manage a robust daily caseload, coordinate heavy discovery, and drive critical litigation projects. However, when a case is set for court, you will step into a pivotal role. We are explicitly seeking candidates with a proven track record of handling live trials. If you are an adaptable professional who excels at managing complex office-based projects and thrives under the pressure of an active trial, we want you on our team.

  • Medical & Deposition Summaries: Review, analyze, and summarize detailed medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses into actionable insights for the trial team.
  • Court Filings: Electronically file (e-file) pleadings and motions through ECF, or file conventionally within county courts as required.
  • Legal Research & Investigation: Conduct deep-dive research into complex legal issues using Westlaw or LexisNexis. Assist with fact-checking, witness interviews, and evidence investigation.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as a primary liaison between clients, expert witnesses, vendors, opposing counsel, and internal trial teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Firm Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the Director of Practice Support to achieve firm goals and handle other duties as assigned.
