The Triage Support Officer at the Karnany Engagement Hub is often the first friendly connection people make when they walk through the door, setting the tone for a vibrant, welcoming, and culturally grounded space in the heart of Midland. It’s a fast-moving, people-first hub where no two days are the same, and a strong, supportive team works side by side to keep things flowing and make connections happen quickly.
This role is all about action, coordination, and momentum, working out what’s needed, guiding people to the right pathways, and keeping the front door of the service running smoothly. High-energy, responsive, and full of purpose, it sits right at the centre of a busy engagement hub where things move, connections are made, and the team genuinely enjoys being part of the buzz.
